Omnipresence is probably the most inovative psy I have ever heard.. Shitloads of fuck all, poetic noise, can't go wrong.. Noizy Az Fuck, plural..

don't forget to get involved with the latest terror plot - Operation Téléphonique
The first of the Sk-TT Tactics to be disclosed. This operation involves dropping splatterkore literature in a public phonebox situated in your local consumer central, then calling the phone from affar. When the unsuspecting passer by breaks their routine out of pure curiosity to answer the phone, you play repetative noize terror (or other appropriate sonic art) for as long as they can endure. When they hang up the phone, SK Agent Number 2 (masked, of corse) will be on site, ready to give them a CD if they have choosen to smile about the experiment. The once bored, conditioned, system droid now has something else to think about during his long loney day in the office.
