Heard the Sabbath one last year on the Goatlab Radio Show. Really love it but then I do like some dubstep as well so maybe I'm at an advantage there. While we are on the subject of metal mash-ups, does anyone know who did the breakcore version of Raining Blood by Slayer? Amon Tobin stuck it in his set at Dour festival and I want it.

If you mean http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkFXGCr8N9k , it's called Angel of Theft by Player, and afaik Player is an alias for Tobin himself.
