im on a temporary hiatus while i write software to sequence my stuff live. ableton is too limiting for the kind of music i am trying to make. once i get this machine up and running, i will be making music at a blinding pace and trying to set up as many live shows as possible.

ableton too limiting? Thats a first. I'd like to see/hear what you're trying to do. I got some friends who find work arounds for all sorts of crazy stuff.

ill start a post once i have a good prototype going. essentially what im doing is making a midi sequencer in max msp that will control a bunch of samplers in reason. ableton is great, but i found this guy who designs software and i'm starting from the ground up.
