yeah these are all good ideas, but here's the simplest one; have an option to just bloody turn it off!. Or perhaps... electrocute the user if they attempt to vote? Or strangle their pets. Or make them sit through 10 minutes of producer snafu tracks.

you can pretty much just tell the score by how many views the song/topic has gotten.

but you got me wrong though, i 100% make songs for myself ... that's entirely what i'm about. totally completely absolutely! Selfish, self-aggrandising, narcissistic bastard. lol. its why i dont bother releasing most of what i make and also why i cannot be arsed sending off demos to labels or any of that bollocks.

tbh, previously when i've put tracks up they've had decent average ratings but i really .... don't care. i'm not putting them up cos I wanna see how much people like them, I'm not interested if it's 10/10 or 1/10. I mean, besides, it's fucking bullshit - if i get a 7/10, wtf does that *actually* mean?? It's useless information anyway!
