www.wrongmusic.com and www.cockrockdisco.com are both record label websites (the former being Shitmat's label) with a lot of free music available for download. As PEPCORE pointed out, Bong-Ra all the way. He has tons of free mixes on www.bong-ra.com and his Peel Session cemented my love with breakcore. Also check out his Servants of the Apocalyptic Goat Rave because I like them.
If I'm trying to get someone into breakcore, the first album I'll play after Venetian Snares' Rossz Csillag Alatt Született would be Hippie Killers Don’t Mind Jah Conversations by Cardopusher. To me it takes you through everything that breakcore is, from interesting samples through intricate breaks while mixing in comedy as well as harsh sounds.
www.thegoatlab.com has a number of mixes from their club night including Drumcorps, Tim Exile and Floorclearer plus their radio show is available too. It's done by Parasite who runs Death$ucker records so he knows what he's talking about and there's a fair few good tracks played.
DJ C's label www.mashit.com (home to the wonderful Aaron Spectre) has plenty of mixes ranging from jungle to breakcore to bashment which are worth checking out. Best thing to do though is if you find an artist in a mix or on MySpace or a label's webpage, find their website. Not only are you bound to find some free mixes but with breakcore being the friendly, tight-knit community it is, they will point out all their friends who also make good music.
Oh and last but not least, www.ihatebreakcore.com has tons of free mixes, tracks and EPs plus a very nice forum! Though don't mention dubstep for some reason.

If you like Floorclearer, you'll love Ladyscraper! Order the Vomit sampler from his new Label Proboscus Records. Has tracks from the likes of Floorclearer, Ladyscraper, Toecutter, Shitmat, Ebola, my favourite ever breakcore artist Dr Bastardo as well as ihatebreakcore member Vankmen. Definitely worth the £6! http://www.fugazi.net/dswat/catalog/pro ... ts_id=1561
