HobNox Breakcore?

Postby birth control » Mon Mar 09, 2009 1:21 pm

Anyone made any decent Breakcore on HobNox? Or infact any decent music at all?

If you don't know what HobNox is, it's a flash site that emulates the Roland TR-909 , TR-808 & TB-303. Let's you sync them together using mixers and splitters etc. There is also a healthy range of FX in a guitar pedal like format which you have to manualy connect to the drum machines and bassline synthesizer and lets you manipulate them them in real time.

Some of you are probably thinking,"WTF?! A flash site?! why the fuck don't I just use renoise and some shitty wannabe Roland gear..." Or some of you high lords are thinkin, "WTF?! A flash site?! why the fuck don't I just use my actual Roland TR-909 , TR-808 & TB-303 in my studio" Well the answer is simple..Go do that. For those others, here is the site.

It'd be interesting to hear what some of you people can do, Oh by the way you can record direct from the page then it uploads your track to the site, but you must be a member.. or you can just record out of soundforge and be a anal cunt and don't support the Hobnox community.

Peace

There was just a release like this for the iphone with an emulated 303, 606, 909 app. I was curious to try it out.

I'll say some heresy now, but i'm not really into all those oldskul drum machines. 303 (ok, not drum machine but pretty classy) is decent for sure, but 808 pisses me off. Don't know why
