not trying to be defensive at all, but you are talking about OUR PARTY, that we really work hard to make happen...
i'm also just taking my time in replying, cause i like talking to people who actually come to our parties and support what we do. is that wrong?
i also think it's good to talk about these issues out in the open, cause it involves everyone and it makes everyone aware of what we have to deal with. it also lets everyone know that there is something happening in NYC and if anyone has suggestions for us, JUST SPEAK UP & LET US KNOW!!!
we're always looking for more people to help and/or play, so i'm always ready to engage people in conversation about it. positive or negative, we're still going to do what we do. now if people want us to help them, we tell them that we all have to help each other. cause if we don't, there won't be a scene and/or a place to play, then everyone loses...
but yah, now that you got me rambling.
i'm not sure what lame ass would give you dirty looks for moshing at our event, cause we don't care what anyone does. as long as no one has a problem with each other and starts fighting. especially that one too. cause i know i was moshing a bit myself!
there was TONS of moshing last night! and if anyone was at the Barcore we threw with Mark N, we had to hold people back from knocking down the PA! the crowd also went wild and moshed down the visuals people, their table and their gear!
but you also gotta understand, while some people like going out to see live music, they might not enjoy people slamming into them, and to each their own. we can't hate on them, cause they also have as much right to be there as the people who want to mosh the place down. like me!
but yah, let us know when your ready to play HORSE!
