I don't think this belongs in general and has anything to do with VST's, but you can check out the dubwise ragga sample pack (if I remember correctly). It has lots of very good ragga vocals. I'd link you, if only I had the time (which I haven't).

Jesus christ dont use that samplepack, it´s nearly as overused as the amen, but without the possibilities of tweaking and layering.
