Personally, I think that the infringement laws should be changed specifically for such a matter, but nobody gives a shit about what we do, and getting anybody that owns anything of significant value to understand how ridiculously meticulous and expensive it would be to produce this kind of stuff with royalties paid per use for a song that won't make a dime. Really, public domain IMO is at least an ascertainable rule to be changed on the basis of sampling. However, that is also unlikely.
