Umm More Like Have Too Much Of It.
V Snares (Pretennnnntious) And Aaron Spectre Are Like The "Icons" Of Breakcore And All The Fanboys LOOOOOVE Them (dispite more interesting artists) I'm Pretty Sure Everyone In That Documentary Was Well Heard Of (Within The Scene) And If It Was People Begging For The Limelight It Would Have Been Someone From This Forum...Hehehehe

you can watch it on youtube...i had'nt heard of it but then i saw this so i gave it a look:)
i thort it was really good and mentioned alot of great prducers, and a few who i didnt know so it was all round good... people saying its only glory hunters are chatting shit because if those guys wanted loads of commercial support they would make less extreme and anti social music. breakcore is not meant for everyone because not everyone can handle it.
and aaron funk only had like 2 scenes anyway! and like people have said: the reason hes so famous is because hes so insanely talented and unique
and was it just me who thought 'drop the lime' was a complete cock fart? his musics ok but there is no way he has the talent to be that up himself about his own shit.

yeah totally agree on drop the lime beeing an complete asshole. bedroom producers is what make this scene live on i think and i have yet to see somebody produce breakcore in an actual studio environment. Guess he feels like he's a big boy now that he got to release a remix with moby... wich completely sucked ass. And how the fuck would somebody using a tracker like renoise use that elsewhere than in a bedroom? I say fuck drop the lime and do your shitty tracks just like you want to!
yeah, that would all be relevant if DTL was still a breakcore producer... and i'm pretty sure he's not using a tracker to produce. last i heard, years ago, he was producing and performing with max. nowadays it seems his sets are pretty much all spun, either on decks or off a powerbook.
and yes, while he may be a total fartknocker with no relevance to the breakcore scene at this point, i must say he and his friends know how to throw some serious parties... a $5 orgy of rolling lfo's and drunken hipsters once a month? pretty good deal to me
