No dust here. When i make track, i open it only once. It's done, when i save it. It's sometimes pain in the ass to sit many hours without pause, and makin it better and better. After loading track again i can just add some effects, synth tuning etc but that's all

haha i do the same thing, i very rarely will ever come back to a song if its not done within a matter of a day an a half

omfg, dont gimme that! im sitting since a week or so on my new song and it wont get fucking finished, i have like 2 minutes and there is so many shit over to edit in this ones. im so bored.
i cant understand how some ppl can make a hole song in 1 day, that buggles me...

b2t: in the first point u should get some breakbeat loops, just start slicing them up and begin to play a lil bit around with the break. Roll the single hits, echo them, pitch them up and down, try as many effects out as u can. Then take a nice Gabbakick and augment ur break, or play a lil with some nasty basses.

breakcore isn't easy to make, so if your having trouble making it sound good, you're doing it right. If you're having a easy go of it with glitch it's cuz your cutting corners, and the good mr. Dblue who created glitch is the one who's really making your song.

dblue glitch sound almost everytime pretty crappy when u mash up breax with it. Its only good for vocals imo, or u use some effects of it. I , for example, often use the gater and crusher effect of dblue to bring some flavor into my synths. Im too lazy to download those effectVSTs as standalones. xD

xanopticon takes about a month to do each of his tracks, but then again, you can hear it when you listen to them. vsnares does all his shit just by sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time and programming. he doesnt leave his house unless he goes on tour.

basically, you have to work. if you make serious breakcore, you have to practice and be good at it. most good breakcore producers can hear about how much time you put into your track, and usually, the more time the better.

if you want to make money, make electro or dubstep. if you want to show off how big your sequencing dick is, then make breakcore.

true that on the month-long songs. If I'm doing somthing that I want to release, (aka not fucking around with a hiphop beat or cheesyhouse song) I'll spend 2weeks to a month on it. prbly over 100hours into it. srsly, thats the way it should be. trance/hardstyle/and yea speedcore spend a afternoon throwing somthing down and it's everyones new fav. yuck.

they take me like, 3 weeks at least (the one track i've made lol). but i'm new and i suck. buuut i can see it taking longer as i get better.

anyway 8-bit, what program are you using? renoise can be hard to work with at first but sorta pays off. that and you can take a look at other people's xrns files which helps a loooooooot.

if you're not using renoise i can't really give you as many pointers. but for what it's worth, i've been tracking for two and a half months, and I pretty much spent the first month entirely just opening up new windows and fucking with breaks and sound, studying xrns files, and generally learning the interface. and it definitely helped i think. for a bit i was trying to hop right in making tracks and that didn't go over too well. you have to know your instrument first.

and it helps to listen to breakcore tracks that really make you go "maaaannnnn... yeeaaaahhhh", because if you don't truely hate the genre you might not make it too far.

tl;dr kid using renoise for 2.5 months gives another newcomer advice

Make things perfect, if something sounds ok redo do it until it sounds exactly how you want, obviously it's difficult to get a sound from your head and recreate it in a program but try and stick with it. It may take a long time but if you do that with every track from the start in the future you songs will be much better.
