Curious, I always thought it strictly a British/Australasian thing. Yeah I don't really dig Bro, I occasionally use Dude. In some parts of the UK, folk say Bruv, which is clearly gay.

innit bruv! I find 'blood' just as annoying. The one that fucks me off the most tho is 'Bredren'. Even typing it makes me angry!
