I myself think that one example of a "fashion statement" from a breakcore point of view would be smoking cigs. Everybody knows that they're no good at all for the body, but the psychological calming effect of nicotine implies "I choose to add to my body's slow, ever nearing death, but FUCK i need this to keep calm and not lose my fucking mind permanently because of people that can't fucking mind their own business".
That's the case for me, at least. Free will to do whatever the fuck i feel like without having to explain to to somebody who wouldn't understand or accept my personal opinion. Fuck age-old Icelandic inability to respect other peoples free will.

Breakcore fashion revolves around tshirts. If you don't own any bcore or electronic music tshirts showing you support the music you aren't a true breakcore fashionista.
All the hottest breakcore struts involve such logos. Generally, bcore community members are required to wear at least one article of black clothing in addition to some type of electronic music "repping" article or accessory.

Everyone has an aphex twin t lying around somewhere, well I have two.
And I do own a big blue rotator hoodie.
However at any night out I've ever been to I'm the only one "reppin" that shit.
And more than half the time I wear my afx t, I get a lot of "hay nice valve logo tshirt!"
That said I don't ever want to be considered a "fashionista".
Also I wear a lot of really baggy jeans, road and kikwear especially;
^^ those are a bit too big though to be fair

trying to fit in visually to a genre is fucking retarded no matter what music style ur listening too.....
if you have a rotator hoodie.... cool, fine... rock it out. Support those who deserve it for sure! if you HAVE TO have a rotator hoodie... ur a poser & are really dumb.
Go ahead and think your genre is better or more cool than someone elses, but don't be a fucking label whore or a drone to a style...
weak.

oh, another thing. go to any personals website (i.e. okcupid) and type "breakcore" in the general search for members. there are like 10 chicks, and 52 pages of guys. sir vixx and i looked through most of them, laughed our asses off at people AND PRODUCERS who mention 'breakcore' in their profile, like any chick knows what the fuck it is and/or gives a fuck. lemme tell ya. producing breakcore, you can't keep the bitches from swarming, am i right?
most breakcore people i know are lazy fucks, and it's a miracle they even put clothes on, or get out of the house (their parents' house)
