help! equipment breakcore question. emx or esx

hey
im starting to get into breakcore and i want to make it. i have a microkorg and i use ableton live and im good with all the equipment i have and i am purchasing a kaoss pad 3. i also would like to get a drum machine so i cant dcide between the emx 1 or esx 1. i can play the synth well so i dont know which one to get
