PROBLEM : HELP ADMINS ... thx

Hey everyone I am on this site every once and a while and
I was able to download here a while back but i lost my internet
for a ltitle while, just got it back and now the downloads section
is telling me that i need o be a mermber for more the 7 days
when iv been a member for atleast 3 months

heres the message i get,

is it just because i havent logged on in a while
that i need to wait until another 7 days go by ?
please help admins thank you
