a little list of trackers (that i use)
PC :
-modplug tracker (this one support vst)
-Madtracker(really good one too , vst /asio supported)
-Milky tracker (my favorite , works on amiga and Mac OS X too )
Atari :
- music mon 2.5 (no .mod .xm , it's a chip tracker .sndh)
Apple (mac os 8 / 9)
-Player Pro (i used this one on my old LC630)
Nintendo DS:
-Nitrotracker (my every day,everywhere tracking fun)
PC :

renoise is very stable has great features.
