Problem on the website with downloads...help please

would like to know some more about this problem please...
It says that i cant download anything becuase my account is less then 3 days old, but ive had it for about 5-6 days now
here is the proof:



Sorry, but due to people abusing the site for free downloads,
All account must be at least 3 days old to download tracks...
