Find songs you like and want to sample, then use Audacity to cut out the particular part of said songs to be sampled, then export it to .wav. Congratulations, you've just made your own sample loop type thing!

there is no such thing as a breakcore sample pack man, or atleast i don't think anyone is stupid enough to make one
