Is it illegal to sell a myspace account? I posted an ad on craigslist to sell a myspace account. I read the TOS but what it sounded like to me was it was illegal to sale through a third party, like Ebay. But a person replied to me saying the forwarded the post to myspace. I'm confused. Is it illegal? Can myspace do anything to me for this?
