I think you need an account to download them but if you don't already have a free sound account i recommend you get one. it has a huge library and i use it a lot.

I'm making a sample pack with some samples from 16 bit era/GB sounds but in a fast soundclash style ala venetian snares/aphex twin/richard devine.

Maybe after I'm done with it and feeling frisky I'll upload it. At the moment I'm up to 20+ sounds.

a maybe cheap but working trick might be to directly record from you nintendos output to your soundcard...
