Using chopped breaks from Recycle in Renoise...

Postby willgripp » Fri May 16, 2014 6:54 pm

Hoping you can help me!
I am looking to use recycle to chop breaks before porting the chopped breaks into renoise.
I have been following this youtube tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0S8iig ... 5brLMWdX43
I find it all goes wrong after I use the midi file in renoise; the break is there but all instruments in pattern editor remain as 00.
The ultimate aim is to familiarise myself with different breaks (and then use functions such as randomise) without having to manually assign all the different hits of the break.
I am new to both programs - :P
Any help is much appreciated - Will

Hey man, we just came back from almost a year of down time. We are going live with the website again in like 2-3 days after we are done fixing all bugs and making changes in the database and forum structure. Hopefully some users will be online that can help you then! :)

I use FL so sadly can't help you bro.

Nice one! Site looks awesome btw
Got a solution - am now using renoise to slice breaks and this tool - http://forum.renoise.com/index.php?/top ... o-pattern/
to put slices into pattern editor (in case anyone else would benefit)
