I'm sort of going VST-crazy these days, and am finding sweet new shit all the time. There are some really cool free synths here - http://www.krakli.co.uk/freesynths.asp
Vurtbox is especially nice and fucked up.

DFX Transverb - Crazy reverb/delay thing with randomizer and noisemaking abilities. Great for experimenting in Soundforge, and adding cool fx noises to drum tracks.
Image

Alien Solo - A true effect synthesizer; converts whatever audio you run through it into synth! Vocals, guitars, drums, whatever.
Image

Dual Trashers - Awesome filthy bitcrusher distortion.
Image

Bent - Circuit bent emulator/resynthesis. Turns drums into dirt, and guitars into dust. A must-have for harsh noise.
Image

Sun-Ra - Ambient texture generator/experimental cross-sampler/subtractive synth. Endless fun. Change the 2 source wavs to beat loops and shit gets freaky...

A VST based on the Moog design
http://www.spacenoah.com/musicsoftware/ ... ulator.htm
Very usefull IMO, I've used it quite some times.
It's very versatile, you can make wobble's with or acid lines, whatever.
Also, It has an appregiator build in, and a Vanguard styled gate.
It comes with no presets I believe, but presets are lame anyway.
