what about adding a hipass signal through an undamped reverb and an eq'd delay?

i wouldn't know any vst fx except for maybe the filters in izotope trash..
but yeah i also dont really know what you mean by cold..

take any eq and do a shelf boost around 10-15k around 6dB

doing a dip around 1k with a wide Q might enhance the effect
