whats the matter? u can do many kinds of retriggering in the FL-pianoroll, i think its better than any plugin ever could do. u even can edit ur efx-vst automation in the pianoroll. its open range

You also have a plug call Automaton by Audio Damage, Realy near of Glitch in the sound but with a "Life" sequencer for effect realy SWEEEEET !!!!
