I heard that too. A friend of mine tried sampling it and running it back through a image to audio program and apparently it comes up with a picture of aphex pulling a stupid face.

i thought the end of that song was like that wierd spectragraph image or someshit....

The last seconds of Windowlicker make a spectrogram spiral, while Richard's face is embedded in the second song of the single. It's not what the threadstarter was referring to, though.

Not much is known about Richard's production methods, so it's hard to say how to replicate a certain instrument. Although the riff in the end is apparently a distorted bass.
