I need a new slicer VST

Or rather, I'd like a slicer I could use in lieu of FL Slicer
Doth such a VST exist?

yeah just use your hands,

load your samples into the playlist, set snapping to (none), and do it by eye. (hint, hold shift to slice, and ctrl to select)

- this beats the shit outta the slicer, trust me (only thing is you can't edit properties of individual slices this way, i.e. you need to create automation clips)

phatmatik pro by izotope is pretty good or slicex i guess or recycle there are loads

is there anything which can slice loops up into wavs? ie to use in a redrum in reason?

Open it in wavosaur, audacity, or milky tracker. Zoom in as close as you can to the point you think the slice will be and crop at that point.
