Best Hardware for Performing
I'm trying to figure out the ideal rig for performing. I want control over all the individual audio tracks for doing effects while still being able to fuck the hell out of the main track. Something that allows for improv. Any thoughts? Thanks!
gotta start somewhere
i'm trying to work out what i want to do.
i'm a synth player
cant afford an apc40 atm, (but may sell/get rid of some shit and get one down the line... they look pretty sweet, and alot more useful than some of the other stuff i have)
got way too much random bits of hardware, hate my computer and am saving for a macbook for production and live use. so i can actually finish some shit and get out there.

no knobs?
I bought a APC20 and an LPD8, saved me 150 euros and I can do practicly all the same things, only I have to map them (omg nooooes!).

Well, gotta warn you, I do more hardcore then breakcore, but who gives a damn. When I play live I'm just gonna play some really fast and fractured tracks I made myself designed for the live-sets which I will then mash up with all kinds of plugins etc.
