yo Snafu, the multiband distortion: is that like mda bandisto? That effect is the shit. The way it fucks up just the stock fl studio sounds alone is crazy.

i used to use that, but now i used the ohmacide shit is burtal, not as dirty as i' like it to be but it gets the job done.
you wanna keep yer bass from 0hz-400hz undistorted, then fucking kill the rest with what ever sounds good, just keep yer mids compressed, nothing more annoying then a mid ranged gabber kick with no bass

nice one
i think making kicks from scratch is a lot simpler than people first think.
I made some ridiculous sounding stuff using operator in ableton, feeding 2 waves into each other..

I got your corny Fruity Gabber kick right here.
You can make a pretty fucking dub kick with the fruity kick, you just need fx.
fruity kick has max at a quarter, min at nothing, decay all the way up, A decay at a bit less than half, click up, dist slightly above nill.
fruity multiband compressor. use two of them. take threshholds of the bass on both multiband compressors and raise gain all the way up on both of them.
fruity blood overdrive: preamp all the way up, x100 ON.
Fast dist: pre all the way up.
go to the sampler sound on the kick, put the root note on E6 so you have a dub attack.
pop one of those steps on the sequencer (the first), export to wav. go into wav editor cuz you're gonna need to trim off the dead air.
now you got a full, regular sample. open up in fruity sampler, and adjust the out to taste. You've got a dub-ass fruity gabber kick.
