I suppose fair enough. I only really got into electronic music 2-3 years ago so most of my old skool collection is stuff I found 10-15 years after it was made. The only DnB I used to listen to was a Drum And Bass Arena CD mixed by Goldie (which more or less is a best of the old skool) and, coming from Bristol, Roni Size - New Forms.

I primarily listen to Hardcore Breaks, which is the new evolution of the old skool rave scene, the true nu-rave.

Van Halen - Jump

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8e-vgQSqNtA

I was playing with my bert and ernie radio when I was a weeee lil rtificial. I happened upon a FM signal and they were playing that tune and I was blown away by the keyboard riff, then the crazy guitars back then. Soon after my parents told me to turn that devil music off.....

I remember hearing disco shit like kool and the gang - celebrate and other stuff at one of my baby sitters house. Also some queen.

When i wrote my last post i had my retard hat on....

When the smart Es - seasame's treat tune came out I hated it, I was more into Gothic stuff ( anyone who likes moody electronics should check out 'Some girls wander by mistake' by the Sisters of Mercy - also some early Cure tracks )

It was a year or two later, when U.F.Orb and Abduction by Eat Static came out ( and when I took acid for the first time ) that I started to explore rave / dance type music.

Van Halen? - who'd have thunk it?

M. Jackson? he might be a peedo but respect due for the Billie Jean if nothing else.

Right..now where did i put that hat?
