You're quite definitely missing a forum where members can discuss methods of production.

Ive thought about this... but there are so many sections - ie software, samples, hardware... Id say there is a production forum (but with a lot of sub sections to it)

There are just topics that don't get covered by the subforums... mixing and mastering for example... *shrug*
If it were me, I'd create a production forum and add the other production related forums as subforums to that forum

I usually like subforums even if they are empty, but the problem here is that they, like byte smasher said, don't cover everything..
so out of two things one:
join some subforums into bigger sections that would include every aspects needed.
or make a few more smaller subforums to cover everything.
I really like small subforums, but in this case, you have already a lot of sections, so I would go with the first choice.

hmmm ive added redoing/arranging the forum to list of things to do... might make it a bit easier.
