The Original Heavy Amen [aka Omen]
As used by Aaron Spectre, Enduser, Bong-ra to name but a few. Basically this was from a sample CD released ages ago where they got hold of the amen and processed it themselves to make it as nasty as it can sound. You have to process it a bit [I recommend a good EQ for a start] but here it is in its rawest form. and its 2 bars long and includes the crash.
enjoy

Nice.... can't wait to hear it on something that's not my laptop speakers! I particularly love the amen sound Enduser had on albums like 15 Tracks back in 2003... i'm happy to have an amen that might sound similar!

this amen kinda sounds like shit actually. I have an original that sounds really clean compared to this one...
but at this point me and a buddy have reprocessed it into an even beefier sample.
here's a sample of the tune we wrote with it (low bitrate sample unfortunately) http://usjungle.net/B_Hue-eandCrown-Royale.mp3

Fair, some of you kinda missed the point. I wasnt saying its an amazing quality amen, its just been used by a lot of (signed) producers and its something to have a play with. Try getting it to sound like the ones you hear in tunes, you'll learn a lot. For people who dont want to try, here's a cleaner one.
