There Is Software Called Mp3 Gain.
It's Kinda Useful.

that mp3 gain software is in the download section (never used tho)

As far as I know, mp3gain is a normalisation tool, but rather than changing the levels of the sound file, it just puts information in the header then compatible software normalises it on the fly.

i think Mp3 Gain is god soft. I tried it with really good result
