Metal is pretty damn sweet, there's actually alot more hatred and "hardcore" feeling in it than most breakcore and gabber...but the combo of the two would be undeniable. I'm looking for something like Cannibal Corpse or with some digital drums and post processed glitching...maybe some big synths too. BIG.

Can you imagine Beneath the Massacre with breaks and noise!?

metal + fast breaks was always a favorite of mine. there was a jungle artist when i was spinning records that consistantly put out metal remixes and shit that were intense. dancefloors and even non-dancey floors loved it.

only a few people i've ever seen can handle mashing up metal and breakcore though. it's kind of a delicate process. pull it off well, and you've got gold. don't pull it off just right, and you've got the cheesiest thing since happy hardcore.

Haha, yes, THE Babylon Disco.
The track I'm talking about is with my other project IYOV thou. I've only made one metal-influenced with Babylon as far as I can remember.

pretty nice metal samples on his first album.

http://www.archive.org/details/SRmp3_099 is also a verry brutal album

(although not strictly metal) rotator's ep curses on your ghettoblaster does it for me

also if you're into DNB check out zardonic: http://www.loleg.com/blog/2007/11/07/4941/

i also quite like bong-ra's terrorizah. i always play that song live on my uitar with my metal/breakcore project re-fraction :)

oh jeah i forgot to mention: check out cutti sadda and $peedranch's myspace (the dude that did making orange things with vsnares) pretty intense mashed metal up there!

and dj floorclearer did some sweet metal breakcore in the past

THIS.

haha but nah i do like it. theres some fucking well extreme stuff out there like eustachian, maruosa etc. i think drumcorps just kind of gave it a bit more exposure.

punk breakcore is awesome also...I'm working on a Restarts remix...its basically like just making noise noisier :)
