email sent ;]
would be cool to unite some of the promoters and ppl who organize gigs in different countries so it would be easy to book each other for gigs
cos sometimes i'd want someone UKNOWN to come here and blast the shit out of everyone

The email response has been spiffing so far, got lots of submissions and some of it is sounding pretty juicy. Also had a lot of queries so i'll try and make rules and what not clear here:

. Looking for your best quality releases, send us the stuff you're most proud of.
. Send the highest quality bit rate you've got, 192 at the bare minimum. NO 128s as they sound utter gash.
. Another thing I forgot to mention is style. Simply put, send it and we'll see what we think. Obviously due to the nature of this forum and the founding scrolls of Marionette records, all of this is going to be routed in Breakcore/Experimental electronic. However, we'll consider virtually anything that we think is cutting edge and has some fucking soul to it. It doesn't matter if your thing is Digital Hardcore, Gabber, Speedcore, Drum and Bass, Dubstep, IDM/Drill, Noise/Drone, Hip and Trip hop............... Hell, we'll even take post-punk and prog rock demos if that's what you dig.
. Another FAQ is time scale. The good news (sort of) is that we have no firm deadline yet, all that we know is that it will be many weeks before this is finalised as we want to make it as randy as possible. So, if you reckon you're currently working on the best track you've ever made, then take your time and polish that bitch down with some Johnson's no more tears baby oil, don't rush it, simply perfect it. It's gotta be that clean that I can see my meat and veg in the reflection. Dig?
. I don't think for a second that we have any people on this forum who are this way inclined, but we're not interested in extreme hate music. Obviously politics has a big place in some branches of Breakcore, and if you wanna sing about fucking the system or whatever that's fine, if you submit music about burning queres and purifying the white race then consider yourself not only out, but also a giant pulsating cock.

Keep the submissions coming, like I say we've had a ton of stuff already. Safe.

Nice1 djtheblade, it sounds very promising. I think it will be a success because you're going about it with the right attitude and there alot of talented producers on here. All the best :!:

Not fussed what the nature of the music is, if it's from some contest you did somewhere it doesn't matter so long as the track is something you're really proud of. Just send it, the worst that can possibly happen is that we won't be interested for the time being :D

You emailed me? If so I didn't get it, plus I haven't had the internet in over a month or more.

Like the idea, keep us posted.

Actually I think it may have only been John Merrick that I pm'd, although i've not seen him on here in like a year. What happened to him?

dude i haven't been producing for years (read: 2 weeks) but i hope i'll manage to accomplish something that isn't too far from bcore (when sitting down and planning to do a breakcore track i don't get creative, it's all about mood and flow for me... even tho you dont hear that ) this weekend. funny, i read this topic an hour after a friend told me he'd wish for me to complete some mathcore/dnb/breaks-thing i started 2 years ago.

hell, maybe now that i actually know how to use synths without presets that track could turn out being TEH SHITE.

probably i'll just go partying tonight, not pull a girl once again, have mega-hangover and forget to do it.

I've been off work sick for a couple of days so i've been fortunate enough to have the time to polish off a couple of new tracks. To you sir I say, use your weekend to make teh musics, and you shall become a much wiser man than I.
