Seriously I don't have a psychatrist but my mother is a social assistant so
it's sometimes realy near hehehe.

stage fright

I went to the shrink last week because of my anxiety and panic attaks...I need some medication for the stage fright I play live in a week! man Im nervous...anyone have tips for this illness? it´s driving me nutz as the days go by...

So now I use a lot of drugs.

ive been thinking about getting back into therapy

its kinda gay but whatever, some person listens to you talk and doesnt have anything helpful to say but wants everyone you know and your family to come in and talk to them about you. seems like a pyramid scheme IMO. would be more helpful if therapists were kute/kinda slutty but not really

I had when they wanted to take me to army. I said that if they do that and give me a gun Ill kill everyone whom I can see :)

So they didn't ... In my country army was a duty. :/

there's a famous french medicine for stage-fright, and any-other-fright called absinthe, you should deff try it

I read it about two years ago, and it was wonderful. :D
