Xanopticon
What? No topic about Xanopticon?
Maybe too much a classic.
Whatever.
This guy just rules. He makes growing tracks out of ambient pads, strange noises and spastic ever-breaking beats.
Released on Mutant Sniper (Peace Off), Hymen, Zhark, TigerBeat6 he is just an alien, sounding like no one else, but remixed by some of the greatest (Duran Duran Duran, Abelcain, Hidden) on Thac0.

i saw him a few months back. it was pretty intense and he kept taking his shit places i didnt anticipate, but it wasnt anything i could shake my ass to. maybe it wouldve been better if the crowd actually knew who he was and started a pit, but it seemed like a pretty awkward set.

Xanopticon is a classic indeed
I don't know about classic. I guess I got to be that one guy who disagrees...Oh well.. Not that I think his style is shit.. But I just cant dig it... I cant help but think of 50 tiny sound clips just placed on a tracker column. I know its not like that but that what I get from hearing it.. I enjoy more how Christoph De Babalon can rip it up. I consider him to be classic. To each his own.. Peep it.
