you mean like a gabba kick?
take a normal drum kick and overdrive it till it's a square wave. Try using a kick from a 909 sample pack to get something familiar.
you can also make one from nothing. just generate a square wave at 30Hz or something then use a dynamic (sliding) pitch correction to pitch-up the first part of the sound to give it a 'punch'.
Or ... just download a sample pack.

Uh I Don't Use Reason But I Have It And Can't You Download Software To Make Your Own Refills.
I Think I Have It.
I'd Put A Link But I Realllllly Don't Care.

actually making your own refills is a terrible idea. once you compile them into a "refill" with the refill packer you cant get them out.... EVER!! do what i do, get sample packs and organize the samples into folders. this way you can put the samples into any software you want at any point in the future instead of having to kill youself for packing everything into refills, making them inaccessible to other programs. blah blah blah....
