Oh Shit! i love that album!.. i bought the cd 5 times, stole it once, and got my hands on it's vinyl in Louisiana (along with some of their other records). ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE ALBUM OF ALL TIME!

I can't sleep if there's something making sound such as a clock for example so definately no music.

listening to terror speedcore and rough aggressive breakcore makes me relaxed and happy,

I usually put a song on repeat, but if I were to name a band, I'd say Placebo. Though I think I can get myself to sleep listening to almost anything.
