Im going with Superman on this one! Goku would only beat Superman if he had Kryptonite, which means he'd have to get to krypton first. Even goku's Genki Dama( his most powerful attack) would be useless against the man of steel!! Superman FTW!

Both of them have come back from the dead at least a dozen times but in a straight fist fight, i'd say Goku. He's got the skillz.

too close to call. i think there are a lot of variables that could effect the outcome.

But goku always has a bunch of people help him out in his fights, even if it just serves as a distraction to regain his health. Also he was trained by master roshi and king kai where as super man was born awesome and never recieved any training! Goku has the technique but without krytonite its useless!!
