MNR005 - Stazma - The Storm EP - OUT NOW!!!
Hello folks!
We have another banging release for you all. This time we have an EP entitled 'The Storm' from France's aptly named Stazma 'The Jungle Christ'.
Only 21 years old, already stazma has been making a name for himself in the breakcore scene with his energetic brand of up tempo ragga-jungle fused with hardcore and rave elements. He has already had releases on Structural Damage records, Reactionairy Records and a recent release on Peace Off's new digital off-shoot Peace Off Digit.
The Storm EP is Stazma's latest release, and with it comes some of his best work to date. High tempo amen mashing-fused with hard ragga jungle, rave and gabba vibes surrounded by some deep synths that set a dark tone from the outset all bound together with continuously tight production.
Heres what Nic @ Ad Noiseam thought:
"Stazma seems to be on a roll at the moment, with several labels putting out digital EP full of his mashed-up, broken and energetic (sorry to say it again, but "post Peace Off-esque") breakcore. Rave is on the menu this time around for this Meganeural EP, with a lot of up-tempo melodies being thrown alongside hard beats and breakcore anthems. It's really very energetic, efficient and has all the elements to both kick out your sissy friends out of the club and make the rest party till late after dawn. Stormy, ravy breakcore."
Definatley one for those of you who are under the impression that Breakcore is dead.
