Marionette xmas 2010 out now (Ruby my dear, Divtech, Tapage)
It's xmas and Marionette records has teamed up with some I hate Breakcore artists (Divtech, Babylon Disco, Stazma, Prototype, Infekkted and myself) to bring you a splendid free compilation of not particularly festive tunes in order to get you in that seasonal spirit. No need for a hefty intro, this one speaks for itself, really happy with the way it's gone and really happy we've been able to bring it to you for free again.

03 RUBY MY DEAR - TIME FOR

07 DIVTECH - KELLY'S PARADOX
08 BABYLON DISCO FEAT DEKAN - MINA EGNA ORD

Cheers guys. Yeah I think we've got the edge over some other netlab compilations. Don't wanna blow my trumpet too much but I genuinly think we've got some serious talents who are occasionally prepared to part with a quality tune for a free release. Most of our guys are bedroom producers but I like to think we stand out from some of the other labels in terms of variety and quality. Ruby my Dear and Stazma have both just landed Peace Off releases, Tapage is obviously very well known on the Dutch Hardcore and IDM circuit, El Heath has been touring with his band and they have a huge fanbase in Japan (with literally tens of thousands of plays on last fm).
But we must remain humble in these troubled times, still lots of good shit out there.

Indeed, this comp is as good, as the free comps of Breakcore.nl and Cock rock disco.

I've tried to change the direction of the label since taking it over. It's been tricky cus it basically used to be a label just for a group of mates, many of whom (including myself) produced some pretty terrible bedroom shite. So there was always going to be some bad blood between myself and a few of the older folk, but if you wanna be taken seriously as a label you gotta start acting seriously. I hope some of the artists we've helped "break" as it were will go on to achieve great things, i'm sure many of them will.

I sent it to loads of Hardcore labels, strike said they wanted more demos off me but I aint heard back since so i'm gonna do what I always do; self release. Problem with some of these labels I feel is that they're often dead cliquey, if you're not part of the gang they aint interested. I got Julien mastering a project for me as I speak, it's gonna be on the free Raston Warrior release with Dj Mutante, Tapage and miss Twilight etc. So no vinyl yet for it i'm afraid
