Oozing, dripping sounds...
Any idea on how Otto Von Schirach and V Snares on Filth get that oozing, nasty dripping sound on bass and synths?

It's called a TB-303. Or for some sounds a TB-303 devilfish modded.
For non analog purists, see the topic about 303 emulators !!!!
For people with rich parents, go to ebay, buy 2 303's, send one to australia, and there you got it... ofcourse the machines need to be used wel, as venetian snares and otto van schirach seem to be able to.

don't know what you mean specifically so I can only say in general chorus, filters, reverb etc. can alter your synths quite dramatically and add "movement". be conservative with the wet/dry. and play around with/automate parameters. Took me a while before I actually remembered to start putting fx on the synth sounds I had made

this thread is yonks old but thought I'd add for reference. There is a video on youtube that shows a very cool technique for making this kind of bass sounds (primarily for shitstep, but of course it can be applied to any style)
The guy gets various sounds like recordings of water going down a drain, glass breaking, and paper being screwed up, and loads them into the fruity loops granulizer. I've never used this instrument (or FL at all) but it looks pretty cool.
Then he layers these granulized sounds underneath his synths (which are also very well built) to create these really cool gurgly/crunchy/gnarly basses.
Definitely something to experiment with.

seeing as I have to do EVERYTHING myself ............

+ quick bro tip, you can achieve a granulising effect using ableton's sampler by drawing in lots of 16th and 32nd notes in the sequencer, then automating the sample start point so that it moves slowly through the sample
