Doesn't really mean anything here either especially apart from an excuse to have a fuck off huge party! I just always thought it was the best age though because when you hit 20 it's like, "I'm no longer a teenager, I should probably do something with my life" but then as soon as you reach 21 it's more "Fuck it, I might as well carry on until someone tells me to stop". Hence why it's the best age.
