put all your tunes on your ipod and set it to 'shuffle' ... no one will notice; they're all off their tits on ket.
.
count your bpms, organize your set in advance and be drunk!

Boooorrrriiiinnnggg. i still have no idea how this is done, and don't care to. Limiting yourself selection wise, just so you can show off this skill that's kinda stupid to begin with really just doesn't make any sense. Especially in a genre like breakcore that honors breaking the rules.

It's something shit tons of people do to compensate for the fact that they can't make music.
For the record though, Vank is a genious of a producer.

hah! thanks man. beatmatching is great though. indeed its difficult in breakcore, when everything is not made at the same tempo, but mixing amens together...awesome.

lol... that's funny
this something producers say to compensate for the fact that they can't dj.
without beatmatching, you're just a wedding dj... what's the fun in that? being able to mix two tunes together is a lot more fun when you can juggle beats, because they are beatmatched. unless you like just standing there behind a bunch of gear not doing much so you can play other people's tunes.

umm what in the name of mother are you talking about?
If you go out and play a set without "beatmatching" you know - actually mixing two records together without it sounding like you're simultaneously puking up and shitting out a full drumkit - then you're essentially... just a fucking jukebox with an opinion.
And from what i've seen so far... your opinions suck.

Ever notice how most of the more interesting breakcore artists start off with some weird samples or ambiance? There's a reason for that.
As for you good sir, you must spin lots of the boring mundane ragga-infused shit. Sorry for your luck.

I don't "just stand there" thank you very much.
Wedding DJs play Barry Manilow.
