Not sure if I'd really call that Breakcore myself, it's just drum and bass with some fancy slices. If you look at the way in which the song is structured, it's just representing the techier side to jungle beats.
It don't sound like breakcore to me. It just sounds like the old school hardcore rave breakbeat stuff that came out in the early to mid 90's. Almost like a tribute to remarc. Go look up remarc he got rereleased on planet mu. I kinda dig that track though.
I used to listen to the Hospital podcast and it was some alright stuff and entertaining. Whats his name from London Electricity is a pretty nice and opened minded guy. I always thought about sending him some tracks just to hear his reaction. He accepts tracks via aim (least he did last time I listened) and listens to em all and plays his favorites on the podcast.

"They called it jungle then, not drum and bass. That came later..."
Its a pretty cool tune. Best thing I've heard from hospital for about forever but I wouldn't really call it breakcore. Proper 94 style which is always a good thing.

Check out Dev/Null's 92-94 Jungle mix for all the originals. Good track. I'm loving the old skool revivals at the mo, though it's all about the hardcore breaks for me!

I wouldn't call it breakcore, but that's a sick tune right there! The VIP's up on his myspace as well
