could it be possible for you guys (or girls) to make a good list of them? A descriptive list that would give a good idea of how the genre feels (violent, smooth, atmospherical, etc), its speed, is it fast? is it slow? a bpm range maybe??? and the most common elements that we can find in most of the songs of the genre..
absolutely not.
useless to say that the genre industrial won't have a recorder solo right in the middle of the track
don't you dare tempt me any further. i can find a recorder if i need to. i know people.

I've never understand the digital hardcore stuff
okay atari teenage riot sound particular cause of the guitar but when you listen to ecor what's the difference with actual breakcore ?
to me digital hardcore is just a creation of oversized ego of Alec Empire that don't want to say i make breakcore
(okay this guy is also pretty talented but too much ego)

Uhm, because 90% of Ec8ors tracks have a 4/4 build, verse, refrain and lyrics? DHC also has a more degraded sound, since it was usually made on samplers or old computers (All Ec8or is made on an A500).
And yeah, Alecs ego is bigger than Main$streams crack-addiction, but when Alec started with the DHC-sound back in 91-92 breakcore wasn't an established genre.

sometimes having a big ego can lead to saying some pretty smart things, like the nit about how so many new producers think 'all noise is good noise'
anyway if i was in ATR i'd have a massive overinflated ego too
