I Hate Breakcore

As I travel through this site I'm starting to notice more and more that most members seem to only have 3-6 posts here. And most of the responses tend to be along the lines of "yea! I love ___!". This may be because of the fact you need a certain post count to download things of course but still.

Is this a normal thing for people to do? Just post a few times and leave or is this site just real new?

i dont think so, but there has been talk of lowering the requirement. i think most ppl sign up, grab a bunch of stuff, and then go back to where ever it is they came from...then in few weeks they come back for more forget their password make a new acct and do it all over again.

i understand the idea of having ppl sign up, i did it on my site for a long time...on the message boards, but the audio was mostly open.

i would open up user tracks and let ppl have at them...but the sample packs should be a members area.

It seems more do it now than they did in the past but that's mainly because the site is getting a lot more traffic. We also have a lot more active members. A few months back the forums got few visitors, maybe a couple of posts a week. Now it's a pretty active forum and it gets more so every day. It gets annoying when someone creates 3 separate topics just so they can get to the downloads but as long as they are posting reasonably coherent messages in established topics then it's not much of a problem.

Well.. i only just arrived here ;]
Yeah i need 3 posts to download precious goodies, but, i won't be disappearing after that. Been looking for a forum worth some of my spare time (which is in abundance atm) for a while.

thats why i came here but, i still like the hate/joke factor of this site.
i got my sample packs but im still here, people's perception of things are interesting to me.

i like that not all people have the same opinion, kind of like breakcore should be... in my lame opinion. people shouldn't always agree or like each other, it pushes pussies to talk/make more better music
