Hampton Roads / Norfolk, VA -- a scene...?

I live in Norfolk, VA...anyone know of any scene whatsoever out here? All I've been able to find is a mild metal scene, and this shit club that played goth trance garbage. Glitches, noise and breaks! Anywhere near hampton roads...
