some good archival footage and one-on-one interviews with the band members. also some pro footage of their new york reunion show. but there's also a lot of nonsensical filler, too. should have been about 45 instead of 100 mins. still maybe worth a look if you can find it online.

anyway, monks aside, your album rules... good stuff
