they are all over the place.

or those wanna be dirty kids, who grow rattails, wear stained shirts, tight pants, goofy track shoes, and trucker hats, but they are really rich kids who think playing in a "noise band" screaming and rolling around on the floor for 5 minutes and driving out from boston to do so

they always have those fucking tight pants, and studded belts, and even though the pants are tight, they are sagging so much their asses hang out

the girls in the fucking rainboots with their tight pants tucked in, wearing flannel shirts and shit

all listening to fucking indie rock, emo, and nickleback

i dont fucking get it.

i still see those fucking juggalo kids around, and some of those white trash goth kids with those fucking bondage pants from hottopic, or fake dreadlocks, or those fucking strings and ribbons in their hair as fake "dreads"

i fucking hate people

trendy fucks.

Oh you soooooooo want to join in :)

and hey, i wear tight pants. i like tight pants.

Tight pants wrok! :D

But I generally agree with most of what you said, baconhanger, shit's ridiculous.

But I mean, I don't really care at the same time. I just let people do what they do, not a big deal.

Nah, it's cuz kids these days are too busy being playing video games and shooting each other and stealing cars and being thugs because that's what GTA taught them. And then GTA gets blamed. And then video games get blamed.

No one cares about music anymore.

This post is only partly sarcasm. ;)

Subculture is dead, the internet killed it. Nothing can stay underground when it's on the surface for all to see. There have been plenty of small movements, and that will likely continue into the next decade or even two. I just hate how everyone wants to find their own version of punk rock. It's too late for that, and it won't happen again. It can't...music has lost too much innocence since then.

now i'm curious, is there also a "tektonik" movement in USA or somewhere else ? cause this thing is like the fashionable youth movement here in europe since a year or two. actually i realized the proportions of this movment when i saw kids dancin to that shit in neighbourhoods where they usually were blastin hip hop. i'm not sure bout the rest of europe but in france and in germany this thing seems to be the new sensation across the nation

basically thats boys dressing girlie and girls dressing bitchy (tight pants, silly haircuts, fluorescent shit) and dancin ridiculously to what would be some kind of hardhouse, soft jumpstyle kinda music

Yeah we've got tektonik in Belgium too, it's fucking rediculous.
Good for shitz 'n gigglez though, they're pretty funny to watch when they're "dancing". And it has been sucked into mainstream from day one, I even saw a program on tv where they showed those guys practising their moves in their bedroom. That was hilarious..
